What happens if you exceed enough credits to graduate in a partcular degree at one, but are below the 150% marrk, but transfer or want to transfer to a new school (because of a move) and the old credits do not transfer? Do you restart the clock? Are you eligible for FA up the the prior max 150% that the first school would have required? This has been posed before but there wasn't any reply. Thanks.
