Hello People,

I'll get straight to the point. I'm an American student who plans on studying at the University of Bonn (full-time matriculated student, NOT a study abroad student) this summer semester (from April 1), but in order for that to happen I need the funds which have been impossible thus far to obtain from both sides of the Atlantic due to strict conditions from Lenders/Grantors. Right now, getting a loan from the US seems to be my only remaining option now. Question is, would I be eligible to even receive a student loan if I am studying at an overseas university as a full time student?
