Can financial aid be applie to universities outside the USA?

I am applying to a graduate program in the UK and I am wondering if I can apply for financial aid here. Thanks!

No, federal financial aid cannot be applied to schools outside of the United States. If you are planning on attending a school outside of the US you should speak with the school's financial aid office to find out what lenders they work with. You will probably be looking at private student loans for international students.

Yes, you can get private student loans for international schools and students... but federal loans are for US schools and residents only.
