FFEL Plus Graduate Loans

I am aware that the max amount of Stafford Loans is $138,500 for graduate and professional degrees. But does the $138,500 include undergrad Stafford Loans? I would like to ensure I have enough financial aid available for a doctoral degree.

Yes, the graduate debt limit includes Stafford loans received for undergraduate study.
