I am pretty sure this has been answered before, but couldn't find it.
I have just completed my 2011 tax returns and submitted my FAFSA (by the deadline) and was wondering i will not be working when i start school in the Fall 2012 so my income would be $0. How can i change my EFC to reflect actual income instead of my income based on 2011 tax returns? Who do i need to contact. I have contacted my school's financial aid office, but the lady just told me to send in a letter when i quit my job and my last paystub, but i will be quitting my job a week before i move to my school. Any suggestions? thanks
