heyy im new too all this fafsa stuff so i was wondering if someone could answer a few questions i had.

1. do i need a co-signer to get a stafford loan?

2. my car recently broke soo if i got the stafford loan could i use 1000$ of it to buy a car so i can get to school?

3. and if i cant get a co-signer, is there anyway i can get a student loan without having a job? (i want to focus on my classes thats why i dont)

You do not need a co-signer to take out a Stafford Loan. The Stafford loan is based on need. What you do need to is file your FAFSA to see if you are eligible.

The funds are to be used for school related expenses only so a car would be out of the question I'm afraid.
