I just went to a talk by a college coach (for pay) who talked about shielding assets so FAFSA wouldn't count them in computing the EFC. How would I go about shielding $100K while retaining liquidity?

The link looks similar to the guys who talked to. Just want to pry as much money as possible from vulnerable parents of college bound students by claiming to have "secrets". My guess is that they'll tell me to open an LLC and take the cash and buy assets in the LLC.
