i just recieved my federal pell grant check in the mail today. do i just go the a western union and cash it or do i put it in a bank? also, what are the limitations for its use ( can i only use it for books?)

Your Pell Grant can be used to cover any education related expenses, including tuition, room and board - as well as other related living expenses, books, computers, etc..

Are Federal Pell Grants only available to students studying in the US?
I'm an American citizen, but I decided to go to a Canadian University.
And I dont know where to find out if I'm eligible for this. I remember a high school counselor once mentioning that I was, but I dont know for sure.
I've filled out my FAFSA and gotten Loans from it, but thats it.

Generally - the only federal student aid available to US students enrolled in foreign schools are federal student loans.
