I received my Financial Aid Award Letter and I must fill out the Award Response Form, but I'm being asked for the lender code. Where do I find the lender code? The Federal Stafford Loan offered to me are:

Federal Sub Stafford Loan
Federal Unsub Stafford Loan

I plan to pick the Federal Unsub Strafford Loan. Please help. I would like to processes this form as soon as possible. I don't want to drop my classes. Your help is greatly appreciated.

The lender code is a specific code assigned to the bank that is lending you the money. If you do not know what that code is you should contact the lender.

Additionally, I noticed that you said you were offered both subsidized and unsubsidized Stafford loans and were only going to accept the unsubsidized loan. I want to make sure you know that you will have to pay interest on that loan while you are in school. You would not have to do that with the subsidized loan. Just something to think about!

I thought I was contacting the lender, by asking you guys for this info (I'm assuming this is the Federal Stafford wed-site, right?). I been searching thru this wed site and I don't see a telephone number that I can call and ask for this information. By any lucky chance do you happen to have that number. I'm so sorry for all these questions, but I'm not very knowledge with financial aid.
