If I sell my home for less than what it is worth and the lender forgives all indebtedness will I still qualify credit wise for a Parent Plus Loan. Thank You

I really depends on what the rest of your credit history looks like as well as your credit score. If you do not qualify however you can have your child bring the rejection letter to the financial aid office and possibly request more aid.
