I took out an unsub and subized loan in fall 2012 semester, for my living expenses such as rent, food and transportation for school, I'm a sophomore and I received half of the refund, but I need another loan to cover my expenses till I start working at the end of this year. Will I be able to take another loan out ?

Yes, you can borrow another loan but that depends upon your personal circumstances the lender's conditions on loans. If you want to borrow unsecured loan then be ready for heavy interest payment. If you have good credit rating and ready for secured accessing then borrowing may become easier for you at flexible terms and lower cost.

As long as your income has not dramatically changed, you should qualify for more federal loans after filing the FAFSA. If you need additional money, I would recommend looking into scholarships as well
