Hi, I am an American Citizen and I'm currently studying in the Philippines at Trinity University of Asia. I've noticed that University of the Philippines, University of Santo Tomas and couple more Philippine universities are on the drop down list, there are about hundreds of American Citizen student in my school right now and I'm just wondering, How will my school be eligible for the loan? Or how will we be able to apply for the loan since my school isn't on the list?
