Hi,

I am trying to find information on the possibility of getting federal or private loans to attend a Master's program at either the Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina or the University of Heidelberg's Latin American Center in Santiago, Chile but have been unable to find anything.

Does anyone know about the possibility of securing loans for either of these schools?

Thank you for replying. Curiously, no Chilean or Argentine schools whatsoever are listed, and I think that a couple of them are accept Stafford loans. So if they are not on that website, is there anywhere else I can look? Are there any threads on getting personal loans from banks through a co-signor? I couldn't find any.
