I checked into a technical school offering medical billing and coded this past Thursday. I wanted to know the price of tuition and how much financial aid I could receive. They said in order to tell me I would have to fill out a form and also sign a promissory note, etc. I told them I wasn't sure I would be going to school there so I didn't want to sign anything. Long story short...they won....I signed to find out how much it would cost. School starts Monday and I've decided it is not right for me. What do I do about the signed promissory note?

This sounds a little bit fishy. What were the terms of the promissory note?
