After my abundance of rejections, I was accepted at American University, University of Mass-Amherst, Monmouth University, and Hofstra University.

I ruled out Hofstra when they gave me NO MONEY.
I ruled out Monmouth, just tonight when I received an email that there was no more Freshman housing available.

That leaves me with UMASS- NO MONEY -$30,000

and American ( Washington Mentorship Program) with $5,000 Grant (hardly anything) - my final expense $35,000

I know American University is IT! But IDK if it's worth scrounging for the money?

Any advice??

and i was WAITLISTED by my state school Rutgers University (weird because I know less qualified people who were granted admission)
